At Bearded Tradesman, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. If it doesn’t perform the way it should, we’ll make it right.

30-Day Performance Guarantee

We offer a 30-day warranty on all products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn’t meet expectations due to a quality issue, we’ll replace it or refund you—no questions asked.

Extended Manufacturer Warranty (Tools, Brushes, and Combs)
Select non-consumable items like beard brushes, combs, and grooming tools are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
This does not include wear from normal use, misuse, or accidents.

What’s Not Covered

Normal wear and tear
Damage due to improper storage or use

Third-party alterations

Products not purchased directly from Bearded Tradesman or an authorized retailer

How to Make a Warranty Claim
