30-Day Returns & Exchanges – No Questions Asked

You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or swap of equal or lesser value. No questions, no hassle.
We cover return shipping on first-time orders or if there's a product issue.

 

After 30 Days – Store Credit

If 30 days have passed, we’ll still work with you. You may receive store credit or a partial refund, depending on the condition of the product.

 

Used or Opened Products

If you’ve tried the product and it didn’t work for you, we’ll still take care of you.
However, returns on fully used products may be denied, unless there’s a clear defect or problem.

Full Refunds

We issue full refunds for returned items received within 30 days of purchase in original or lightly used condition.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

 

Partial Refunds or Store Credit

Returns made after 30 days may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit, depending on condition.
Products returned in heavily used or damaged condition may receive no refund.

 

Shipping Costs

Refunds do not include original shipping charges, unless the return is due to a product defect or order error on our end.
We cover return shipping only for first-time orders or verified product issues.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the funds.
